How do I book a ride?

Enter your details and create your account.
One credit equals one class. You can buy credits one at a time or in packages.
Choose your class time and reserve your bike. You can also book bikes for up to 4 friends.
What do you recommend for first timers?

If it's your first time with us, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your class and to create your account beforehand. Feel free to also purchase your exclusive STUDIO FIRST-TIMER PACKAGE here. Please note, that if you have not signed in 5 minutes before the class starts, your bike may be released. If you are running late please give the studio a call, but please note that we have a closed door policy which states that latecomers will not be allowed once class starts.

Do you offer a monthly membership?

No, we do not offer monthly memberships and our packages do not require any long-term commitment. Rather, you can buy as many or as few classes as you like. If you want to buy one class, that's fine! But if you're riding regularly, our larger series offer a price discount. You may access our class packs by clicking HERE.

Do you offer package extensions?

Our packages are recommended to be consumed on the validity that it is sold for. For concerns, feel free to contact us at hello@riderevolution.ph

What are the different payment methods available when purchasing a package?

You may purchase your packages online through our different payment methods (Debit/Credit Card or Paypal). Alternatively, our studios are also equipped to assist you with whatever payment concerns you may have should you wish to purchase. Cash payments in studio are accepted too!

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do! Our gift cards cover ride packages only. you may send this as a gift to a friend or family member if you wish!

Are classes different from gift cards?

Yes! Unlike gift cards, you cannot give classes to another as a gift and the classes do expire. The expiration dates are posted in the descriptions of the class or series of classes. If however, you have any concerns, just give us a call, stop by the studio or email us and we can help.

Can I redeem a class for merchandise?

No. When you buy a class, you are only entitled to use that class to book a bike in a particular studio at a particular time. You cannot redeem your class for merchandise.

Do you do private events?

Yes we do! You may book a private class with us for any special event. We do birthdays, corporate events, bridal showers, and even reunions. Feel free to drop us an email at hello@riderevolution.ph should you wish to learn more about our private ride packages!

When is the best time to book?

We release the full schedule for our live online classes of the week every Monday at 9AM. This allows you to plan your workout a week in advance. Once you've booked your preferred class, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link.

30 minutes before class, you will again be receiving the Zoom link for the timeslot you’ve booked. You may also join our Telegram channel to receive the latest class updates

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we do, as long as there are still bikes available. For fully booked classes, bikes sometimes become available at the last minute. We release these bikes to walk-ins 5 minutes before the start of class and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Do I lose my credits if I cancel the class?

Losing your credits depends on the package you use to book. For online subscribers, you will not lose your credits if you are on The Revolution At Home 1-Month Package and The Revolution At Home Jumpstart Package.

For in-studio riders and online riders under The Revolution At Home Single Class Package, you may cancel the class 12 hours before its actual time to get your credit back. If you cancel within that period, it is considered a late cancel and the credit will not be returned to your account.

How is Ride Revolution different from cycling classes offered at my gym?

Ride Revolution is a full-body indoor cycling workout. We ride to the beat of the music and incorporate upper body exercises into our workout.

Where are you located?

We currently have 2 home studios in the heart of the metro! Choose between our EDSA Shangri-la branch in Mandaluyong or our Greenbelt studio in Makati. For more details regarding our locations, feel free to access HERE.

What amenities do you have?

All our studios have lockers with built in, easy-to-use locks. We also have separate changing rooms and showers, complete with toiletries for you to use.

What if the class I want is full?

If a class is full, you can opt to join the waitlist (you will need at least 1 active credit in your account to do so). Available bikes will be automatically allocated on a first-come first-served basis up to 2 hours before class. Once you are allocated a bike, you will be notified via email or text.


If a bike becomes free within 2 hours of class, you will be informed via email or text and you will be asked if you would like to accept the booking. If you don’t think you’ll be able to make it to class on time, please make sure you remove yourself from the waitlist.


You can take yourself off the waitlist at any time for a full refund.

What happens if I arrive late for a class?

If you are running late, please call the studio so that we can assist you with whatever it is that you need. For safety reasons, we strictly follow a closed door policy to ensure that all riders are properly warmed up for class. First time riders must arrive on time.

Do my friends and I need to create our own accounts if we want to ride together?

Yes, each new rider must create an account and fill out their own waiver forms before class. You are able to book up to five bikes in a single Ride Revolution class per account (depending on the package you use). First-timer packages are non-transferable, non-shareable.

What are your studio rules?

1. All riders must sign a waiver prior to their first ride.

2. We reserve the right to release any bikes that are not signed in for 5-minutes before a class begins. In order to hold the bike, we ask that riders call the studio to let us know they are on their way if they are running late. The front desk will hold a bike for up to 5 minutes after the class begins, though we cannot guarantee that the rider will be given the bike that they signed up for. For safety reasons, we will not be admitting riders who come to class more than 5 minutes late.

What is the latest time I can book a class?

You can book up to 15 minutes before class starts! However, should you opt to cancel, kindly take note that classes canceled beyond the 12-hour window, will not be returned to your account.

Are minors allowed to take in-studio classes?

You have to be at least 13 years old or 4’11 to ride. If you are under the age of 18, your parent/guardian must sign your waiver form.

Is there water available in the studio?

We highly recommend bringing your own water bottle! However, you may buy bottled water at our reception desk and refill your water bottle via dispensers in the studio.

What kind of shoes do I need?

We have shoes available for rent in-studio for free. However, should you choose to bring your own shoes, kindly take note that we use pedals that are only compatible with LOOK Keo cleats.

Do you offer On Demand subscriptions? Where can I purchase a package for this?

Our On-Demand platform is currently on hiatus. For clarifications, kindly email us at hello@riderevolution.ph

Do I need to bring a towel?

A workout towel will be waiting for you on your bike. Bath towels are provided after class and can be claimed at the front desk.

Do I need a Ride Revolution bike to take your online classes?

You can use any indoor cycling bike for our live online cycling classes, but if you want The Revolution at Home experience, our studios use Stages SC1 bikes and are usually used with Look Keo cleats and pedals.

What platform do you use to conduct your Online classes?

All classes are conducted via Zoom. Make sure you create a Zoom account and use the FIRST and LAST name registered in your Ride Revolution account for us to let you inside the room.
